We have had the strangest weather recently....cold, rain, high winds, hail, and fresh snow in the mountains. These pictures were taken this afternoon during a brief period of sunshine when the storm stopped and we could enjoy a moment of Spring before another storm rolled in.

Great photos - but I know how chilly it was then. Those storms just keep on coming - wish it would cool down in the east so we could have our warm spring weather back.
Wow! I want to move there. Just think of all the possibilities for quilts with landscapes like that out my door.
